QA Specialist, Radiology (Clinical Educator)
- (3290541)Reporting to the Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) of X-Ray, the Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist facilitates the X-Ray QA program and provides appropriate education and guidance to staff which includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating both orientation and continuing education programs to enhance the quality of patient care services. The QA Specialist ensures these programs are based on the principle of delivering care appropriate to all ages of the patients served in the department. Responsible for overseeing and leading regulatory and accreditation processes where applicable. Collaborates with department leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate learning opportunities appropriate and as indicated for students, new employees, and incumbent staff. The individual must have proven problem-solving skills to provide effective and professional guidance and training.
