This location has multiple specialties including Cardiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Pathology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine and Vascular Surgery. This location also provides services such as Blood Draw Lab, Imaging, Primary Care and Urgent Care/Fast Care.

The OpportunityWe are seeking a Full-time, 40-hour Practice Assistant to support our Endocrinology and Nephrology Suite onsite Monday through Friday. Our practice is open 7:00am-6:00pm and we stagger shifts accordingly during that time.
Dedicated to administrative support, Practice Assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. Responsibilities include check in, check out, patient scheduling, collecting balance due and co-payments, completing tasks in Epic in basket and work queues and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments.
