Job Summary:
The Customer Service Sales Representative in Topeka, Kansas is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products, and fulfilling the company's mission of providing the best customer experience. We are currently offering a $2500 sign-on bonus for this full-time position.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at all times
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers
- Determine customers' needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers and assist with test drives
- Negotiate sales and follow up on leads, referrals, and incoming calls/emails
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on various products, pricing, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend training sessions and department meetings to stay updated on new products and processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using various software programs and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
