Bridging the Gaps is a small residential holistic and integrative facility for drug and alcohol abuse treatment in Winchester, VA. BTG uses an innovative approach that promotes the healing of the whole person – mind, body and spirit. Our programs combine proven psycho-social-spiritual therapeutic models and “12 step” approaches with some of the most progressive modalities available to restore physical, spiritual, and neurological health.
BTG is expanding our clinical department and are actively seeking a talented individual to join our team as the clinical director/clinical supervisor. This individual must have a strong background in being a clinical leader in the substance abuse treatment field. This individual would be dedicated to helping guide our clinical team to provide person-center treatment while using evidence-based practices to support those in early recovery.

Summary of Duties:
Oversight of all clinical programming and staff; ensures program compliance with licensure standards; promotes quality of all client care through program oversight, supervision, and evaluation, and through staff development; monitors the activities of all clinical operations to insure that the practice successfully meets the goals and objectives of the program and is in alignment with the mission of Bridging the Gaps, Inc, and assists in maintaining the fiscal and corporate integrity of the organization.
Qualification Requirements:
Commonwealth of Virginia licensure or license eligibility as a Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent licensure to be approved for eligibility as a qualified mental health professional; or
Master’s Degree with three years’ experience in substance abuse treatment, or Bachelor’s Degree with five years’ experience in substance abuse treatment;
Minimum of two years of treatment program management;
Thorough understanding of biochemical renewal for mental health and addictions treatment;
Demonstrated leadership and communications skills;
Ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with staff, residents, other professionals, and the public in a professional manner;
Flexibility to deal with interruptions, scheduling changes and unexpected situations;
A valid driver's license and use of own car for agency business;
If applicant declares self to be recovery, s/he must be free of active chemical dependency for at least five years.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
