About Bridging Differences ABA:
Our goal is to provide empirically based therapeutic services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); including communication, social, emotional, developmental, and functional needs. About the Position: Registered Behavior Technician
Bridging Differences ABA is looking for reliable, professional, fun, and energetic individuals who share our passion of serving and helping families to fill current Behavior Technician openings. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 in-home ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be working directly with children to teach and implement a variety of skills, including self-help, communication, play, and social skills. We are seeking both certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as well as uncertified individuals looking to enter the ABA field. Courses and training to obtain your RBT certification are provided within the first 3 months.
Hours 15 to 30 hours per week and 30 minutes travel time to client is required.

Note: A lower rate ($-2) is applied throughout the course employment for non-client services (ie: Orientation, trainings, meetings, ext.)
