We are growing in the Rockdale/Newton county area in Georgia and looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse to our team. As a home health LPN, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN
• Current state license
• One (1) year of nursing experience
• Home health experience a plus
