We are seeking a qualified and motivated Unit Manager, RN/LPN to join our Nurse Leadership Team at our Bridgeway Bridgewater and Bridgeway Hillsborough locations.

Unit Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervising Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants on the unit.
  • Participating in Care Planning, ensuring all plans of care are followed.
  • Communicating with families and physicians regarding residents as needed.
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures, as well as state licensing requirements are followed at all times.

Qualifications

  • NJ RN Licensure/NJ LPN Licensure
  • Minimum 2 year LTC experience preferred.

Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate and experience with EMR preferred
  • Effective writing and oral communication skills are required as well as proven tasks records with team building
