We are looking for dedicated RNs for a variety of shifts at our award winning facility in Bridgewater and Hillsborough, NJ

OPEN SHIFTS: 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Administering medications and treatment as required
• Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Documenting resident care
• Adhering to infection control policies and procedures as well as other facility policies
• Consulting with physicians regarding resident’s plan of care and for any modifications
• Supervising nursing assistants to ensure personal care is provided
• Communicating with physicians, family members and team members
• Providing patient/family education to prepare for discharge to home
• Responding in a timely fashion to residents needs
