Qualifications and Professional Work Ethic
· Minimum 2 years of help desk/professional technical support experience is required .
· Employees at BridgeTech must own a reliable vehicle.
· Valid vehicle insurance must be always maintained, and a copy provided to BridgeTech.
· BridgeTech Employees must be professional, courteous, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Maintain a clean, neat, well groomed, and professional appearance always.
· Have a strong willingness and desire to learn and understand underlying software/systems/technology.
· Professional certifications preferred.
Work Location:
Typically, on the road. While we do have an office located in Oregon City Oregon, you will find yourself at our customer’s offices in the Portland metro and surrounding areas, most days.
Schedule:
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday. Typically, 8am-5pm or 830-530pm Pacific Time, dependent on what is needed.
