Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee and is the U.S. subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation headquartered in Japan. Bridgestone Americas and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.
SCHEDULE: Full-time, rotating 12-hour, day/night shiftwork. 2-week rotations. Scheduled to work 14 out of 28 calendar days.
Day Schedule
Week 1: 7am – 7:30 pm, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)
Week 2: 7am – 7:30 pm, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)
Night Schedule
Week 1: 7pm – 7:30 am, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)
Week 2: 7pm – 7:30 am, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)
WAGE: Starting wage is $22.00 per hour with opportunities to earn $30.00 per hour within 2 years.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be willing and have the ability to work rotating 12 hour shifts
Must be willing and have the ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment
Must be willing and have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of previous industrial/manufacturing/maintenance experience and 2 years of stable work history
