Pay: $16-$19/hr depending on experience and skillset

Hours: Typical hours are M-F, 7am-5pm

Duties include:

Responsible for helping prepare the land for new builds.
Duties include raking, shoveling, digging trenches, and grading the dirt.
Learn how to lay storm drain and build retention ponds.
Growth opportunity when candidate learns; how to lay storm drain, how to use Heavy Equipment, how to shoot grades and how to read blueprints.

Requirements:

Must be reliable and on-time to assigned site.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends, as needed.
A career mindset.
Must have your own transportation to get to and from work.
Work well independently and as a team.
Follow direction from supervisors.
Attention to surroundings and detail are required to be successful in this role.
Candidate must be capable of working in extreme heat or cold throughout the seasons.
