Position available:

Toddler Teacher

$16 to $25/hour

Hours:

8am until 4:30pm

Monday through Friday

228 working days per year.

Includes:

216 in classroom days

12 professional days

40 hours PTO for in-service days

Days off include:

3 days at Thanksgiving

Winter Break

Spring Break

Many Federal holidays

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree preferred, however, consideration of candidates with a HS diploma/GED will depend on their level of experience and interest in Montessori education.
• 1 year experience working with Toddlers in a licensed setting.
• 45 hour Human Development*
• 45 hour Infant Curriculum*
• 9 hours Communication training*
• 3 hours ADA training*
• Supportive Breastfeeding training*
• Basic Health and Safety
• Candidates must be willing and able to complete Montessori Teacher training for Infant and Toddlers.
• Training is online.
• Training is provided by the employer with a contract addendum.
• Some paid study time is available.

*Bridges Montessori is willing to train the right candidate with a contract addendum.
