GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES

Bridge Health is seeking an individual to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Team in the role of Registered Nurse (RN). RN selected will be responsible for providing oversight in residential homes where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities reside. RN will provide training to residential providers and other staff within the IDD program. Candidate will also need to develop Health Care Plans, provide case management, complete the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST), and monitor healthcare provided. RN will also be responsible for duties related to the role of Developmental Disabilities Professional (DDP). This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, primary work hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Registered Nurse in good standing with current license to practice in Georgia, at least two years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, nursing home, or home health.
