GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Bridge Health is seeking an individual to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Team in the role Direct Support Professional. This role will assist Individuals in exploring their communities, going on outings to the destination of their choice and will assist in teaching them important community integration skills. The individual selected will work one on one with individuals in the community setting, therefore, operating a company vehicle is required. Candidate selected will also complete documentation and ensure adherence to agency policies, as well as, DBHDD policy and procedure. This is a PART TIME position. No minimum hours guaranteed, however, there will be a maximum of 29 hours per week primarily Monday through Friday each week.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At Least 21 years old, three years of good driving history, as well as, good computer skills, ability to work independently and be highly organized.
