Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of resident care nursing in our community
- Interacting with various family members, physicians, health service agencies and hospital liaisons as needed.
- Hiring, evaluating and supervising staff within the department.
- Ensures regulatory compliance and quality care and services.
Qualifications
- We require a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in MAwith strong staff management and supervisory skills memory care experience working in an Assisted Living Community.
- Dementia care experience required.
- On-call required.
