Bridger Peaks Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Missoula office. We are a group of mental health professionals who believe in giving the highest quality care to our clients. We want to provide services that meet the needs of our community and change the conversation about mental health, so people feel comfortable getting the help they need.

We are excited to welcome any LCPC or LCSW who has a current Montana license and is eligible to act as a supervisor for licensure candidates.

This position will see clients for therapy, help manage the Missoula Office by coordinating with the owners in Bozeman, and supervise licensure candidates in Missoula.

This is a W-2 position based on revenue from billable hours. There is a high rate of pay as well as paid time off. Insurance billing and client scheduling / paperwork are provided by the office admins.

This is a full-time position for 25 - 28 client hours per week. The hours are flexible and can be 4 - 5 days per week depending on your choice. We do not require evenings or weekends, but clinicians may offer these hours if they choose. This position is in person. Client hours can be adjusted based on supervision needs as necessary. This position offers paid time off, bonuses, and assistance with CEUs.
