As an Outreach / Adult Peer Support Specialist, you will provide outreach peer support services to our newly activated members to promote engagement in Bridgehaven’s recovery programs. You will collect outreach data and maintain accountability for meeting required performance goals. You will assist our Admission / Referral Coordinator in clerical and data entry functions of the intake process. In all job functions, you will promote responsiveness to the strengths, abilities, needs and preferences of the members. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Education and/or Experience: Successful completion of the DBHDID Peer Support Specialist Training and Certification process. Must be a self-identified consumer of mental health services and may not be currently receiving services from Bridgehaven. Must hold a High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrated experience with consumer leadership. Demonstrated experience with data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.01 - $20.42 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
