Bridge Tower is Hiring an Assistant Property Manager Near Temple, TX
This position is located on site at one of our communities in Temple, TX. This position is not remote.
Overview
- Assist in initiating contracts and administering all necessary services to maintain the property
- Respond and assist to resolve tenant requests/problems positively and promptly
- Assist in preparing and issuing monthly rent statements
- Draft correspondence as necessary to administer lease provisions including all notices, defaults
- Post cash receipts into company accounting software
- Maintain high occupancy rate.
- Prepare and process lease agreements
- Select qualified tenants
- Collect security deposits and rent
- Enforce terms and lease agreements
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, schedule maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel
- Additional Duties as Assigned
- 1-3 years of Property Management experience
- Knowledge of property management software
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- Excellent people skills
- Full-time salary position
- Available to work Tuesday - Saturday
