We are looking for: an enthusiastic team player, someone that is coachable, self-driven, open-minded and friendly with great communication skills who loves interacting with different people all day long.

We will train you on literally every aspect needed to be successful. However, you must have the ability to multitask and stay organized, a strong attention to detail, use common-sense, be reliable, be punctual, and work independently.

Our office hours are 7:15a-11:30am Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and 2:15pm-6:30pm, Monday through Thursday. There are additional hours periodically due to events that are held in and outside the office. With coming in early, etc. you can expect approximately 30-35 hours/week as a Patient Coordinator. There is an opportunity to increase hours after 90 days to make this a full-time, 40-hours-per-week position upon request.

This is a “customer experience” position; here is an example of some things you would be responsible for: checking patients in for appointments, handling patient payments, monitoring incoming text and email messages, answering phone calls, maintaining patient files ……just to name a few
