The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of all dining-related functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The Dining Manager develops front of the house staffing plans, organizes interdepartmental dining events, coordinates with other departments, and ensures quality and safe sanitary Resident services. - Oversee Front of House food service operation. Plan, direct, and evaluate activities of the dining and catering staff and functions, in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines. - Operates the department in accordance with the approved budget.
