Make an impact

As our SOX subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in Bridge Investment Group’s SOX program while planning and executing internal audits with our existing audit team.

You will contribute by:

• Documenting SOX audits and other controls
• Preparing and filing the 404
• Ensure all audits meet applicable regulatory standards
• Perform risk assessments and assess business process controls
• Review compliance with applicable standards and provide feedback for areas of improvement
• Recommend adjustments to senior management based on audit findings

What you should bring

• Experience with Sarbanes Oxley (Internal or External Audit) /404
• Superb communication skills, with the ability to receive and distribute information at all levels of the organization
• Big 4 accounting experience
• Deep understanding of audit best practices, and the ability to develop and implement remediation plans when necessary
