Summary
The Regional Property Supervisor reports to the Director of Operations for Property Management and is responsible for a property portfolio of 6-10 sites of affordable housing in Oregon. This position oversees each property’s day-to-day operations and ensures that staff are following BRIDGE’s policy and procedures. The Supervisor will also attend community and funder meetings, ensuring strong working relationships with stakeholders including residents, City and County managers and HQ. The Regional Property Supervisor ensures that sites are in compliance with all applicable funding requirements and shares responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and budget.
BRIDGE Housing is a nonprofit, mission-oriented Affordable Housing developer, with more than 12,000 units under management. The incumbent will have knowledge of and reside in the Portland area.
