Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with managing and leading team of engineers
• Demonstrated experience with managing Mission Partner communications
• Demonstrated experience in Teleconferencing codecs and infrastructure hardware
• Demonstrated experience testing and evaluating broad spectrum of Audio/Video equipment
• Demonstrated experience design and engineering of A/V solutions
• Demonstrated experience using Visio design engineering tool.
• Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated functional, integration, and regression testing documentation.
• Demonstrated experience resolving Tier 3/4 technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Polycom and Cisco VTC infrastructure solutions
• Demonstrated experience of proficiency with Multicast networking 
• Demonstrated experience with Haivision hardware and applications
• Demonstrated experience with Extron equipment and programming skillsets
• Demonstrated experience with security accreditations
• Demonstrated experience with Networking Layer 1 and 2
