Responsibilities

• Working in a Front Office environment, willing to multi-task and operate as a team player, taking on ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Manage the finances for a multi-functional organization, including personnel funding, travel expenses, equipment purchases, and outside service procurement
• Attend periodic staff meetings and report financial status to the team, which requires generation of presentation materials and visuals to aid the decision making process

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working Sponsor oversight, analyzing, tracking, and reporting cost data related to the Sponsor's IT program and providing future cost estimates and usage forecasts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word products, especially Excel
• Demonstrated experience preparing reports, visuals, and correspondence concerning project finances, activities and status.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau
