Position: Maintenance Director – Brickmont of Johns Creek
Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Director at Brickmont of Johns Creek, you will play a critical role in the upkeep and maintenance of our senior living facility. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance, repairs, and improvements to ensure our residents have a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. This is a full-time, hourly position in Cumming, Georgia. This role reports to the Executive Director.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and safely.
• Manage and prioritize maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues.
• Oversee and assist with repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate and supervise work done by external contractors.
• Develop and monitor a budget for maintenance expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or trade school education preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as part of the job.
