Greet team and get up to speed with how the shift is looking, needs of the shift, plan, get an overview of cleanliness of restaurant, status of the restaurant- clean? Stocked?

Make sure team is adhering to policies
Assign shift tasks to team
Check to see what orders need be made/ are coming in this includes wood orders
Station checks. Make sure each station is ready, stocked, and clean. All product is to our standards, and equipment is running correctly- coolers cold, oven hot.
When a leader comes in and THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT
Customers should receive 100% attention
Stations should be clean and ready
Team should be in uniform and ready
No more than 1 person in the back room doing 1 prep item- during lunch prep is not a priority
customers orders are a priority
No prep should be done at the cashier station
No one leaves before their work is completed
Basically follow each station shift list- note anything that doesn’t work or is missing on lists
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
