Brick House Blue is a vibrant coworking space in the heart of Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio. We are a small business actively growing, with expansion to 4-6 new properties over the next year. We are looking for an addition to the team that is excited to grow with us through this role! The role specifically focuses (sales and customer experience) along with general hospitality of Brick House Blue members. People with background in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, Office/Leasing Management, or community facing roles tend to do well in this role.
This role requires a closers and pro-active mindset while being multi-faceted in its approach. It will require some combination of sales, hospitality and management of office leases. You will manage the contracts and on-boarding of new customers, while strategically aligning pipelines for those waiting on future office space. You will be the face of the space! Every community member will know your name and they will rely on you and the staff to ensure their daily experience in our spaces are maximized.
You will manage other community specialists across 4 current sites(Dublin, Plain City, Powell and New Albany) and 4 more sites within the year. You will hold them to metrics and goals for sales. You must be willing to push the boundaries and lead others to do the same.
Additionally, the role requires attention to day to day operations within Brick House Blue, with attention/preparation to all aspects of current expansion, ongoing marketing and outreach to drive and attract entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote workers and others looking for private office space or co-working options, A creative and innovative approach to increasing community awareness of Brick House Blue is essential.
