Looking to fill a Full-Time Building and Grounds/Maintenance Supervisor. Building for an Assisted Living Facility. Grounds/Maintenance Supervisor duties would include but not limited to outdoor yard work, inside building maintenance, mopping/floor cleaning, collection of garbage, scheduling, required paperwork/ordering, maintain repair/maintenance schedule of equipment etc. Ideal candidate would have be a working supervisor with some knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Position would be 8am-4pm 5 days a week including some holidays/weekends. Great benefits including paid meal breaks, PTO, health, dental, 401K match. If interested please apply via indeed.
