Brian S. King, P.C. is expanding and is looking for an Attorney to join our team. Applicants should have at least the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of court requirements and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive)
• Detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills/ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Efficiently collaborate with co-workers and paralegals
• At least 2 years litigation experience
• Ability to critique ones writing for clarity and accuracy
• Experience with discovery is a plus

We are a firm that practices under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and specialize in denied medical benefits. We care very deeply about the outcome of each of our cases and expect each team member to maintain the same passion for our clients. We are a small firm and work closely as a team, with many roles overlapping. Some of the duties of our Attorneys include:

• Draft memorandums, discovery, complaints, and pre-litigation appeals
• Edit documents drafted by attorneys and paralegals
• Analyze discovery productions
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to define, develop, and analyze arguments and processes
• Appear in court
