The Material Installer is a crucial team member responsible for executing high-quality installation services and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves installing various landscaping materials, working with team members, and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of materials into landscapes accurately and efficiently.
• Lead and supervise installation crew members, ensuring teamwork and high standards of work.
• Provide professional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment safely, complying with all regulatory requirements.
• Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report any necessary repairs.
• Engage proactively in identifying and resolving potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist with snow and debris removal during off-season months.
• Support Team Leader with additional duties as needed, including shop and equipment maintenance.
