Job description

We appreciate our Technicians! If you have a renovation background and are looking for a place to call home, BRG Realty Group is the place for you. We are looking for a Renovation Technicians throughout our company portfolio in Blue Ash, OH. We are looking for Techs that want to work in a positive team environment and are willing to go the extra mile for our residents. Examples of work:

· Ability to complete demolition, material handling and cleanup related to vacant apartment renovation and other projects as directed.

· Assemble specified renovation components

· Basic knowledge of construction trades: Electrical, plumbing, rough carpentry (tile setting, framing, cabinets and countertops), finish carpentry (molding, trim, drywall), flooring systems, etc.

· Must follow standards set by the management company in regards to safety, quantity and quality of work and the means employed for completing tasks.

· Follows laws and procedures for moving and disposing of appliances.

· Ability to load and unload construction materials from trucks and pack items into apartments.

· All other duties as assigned
