Job Description:

Back of House Responsibilities:

Prepping food, fruit, yogurt, deli meats daily.

Restocking cakes, cookies, baked goods daily.

Operating/maintaining deli slicer.

Maintaining portion control by following policies/procedures/recipes.

Keeping prep area, refrigerators, freezers clean, stocked and neat.

Front of House Responsibilities:

Preparing all breakfast, lunch food orders for dine-in and takeout.

Assisting Front Counter/Barista when necessary.

Preparing orders following policies/procedures/recipes, maintaining portion control.

Keeping counters/floors/equipment clean and neat.

Maintaining sanitary standards, safe, clean and organized work areas.

Requirements:

Warm, friendly, cheerful personality.

Follow/maintain cleaning and sanitation standards.

Follow policies/procedures as stated in Corporate Manual.

Food Safety Certified required.

****Minimum wage or higher, depending on experience, plus tips.
