Assistant Manager/Supervisor

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Assistant Manager/Supervisor will also be responsible for:

• Assisting with training staff
• Ensuring that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Settling daily cash sales
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work weekends are required
