Brew House Coffee in Gaithersburg, MD is looking for two PT and one FT barista to join our team. Reliable 5 day a week opener is needed and a Part time weekend barista needed. We are looking for a strong individual who works great as a team. Great people skills are a MUST. Open availability is desired to build a consistent schedule. MUST be able to work weekends. Must be reliable and punctual. We are located at 325 Main Street, Gaithersburg. Our ideal candidates are attentive to detail, can handle fast paced times and a team player. Weekend availability is a must
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks, prepare food and all other items we offer
- Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista or willing to learn quickly.
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
