JOB SUMMARY :

The Dishwasher is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The position is responsible for washing and stocking small-wares, tableware for the outlets, along with cleaning the kitchen, kitchen equipment, and floors.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :

Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive.

Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions.

Responsible for moving heavy supplies and equipment as directed.

Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the Kitchens, culinary areas and food set up and prep areas

Perform routine manual labor, including ware-washing, mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, foodservice equipment, and simple operation of basic equipment.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or GED Required.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule.

Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.

Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner.

Must respect the confidentiality of both guests and company as sensitive information will be given and received.
