Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our operational processes. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a proven track record in operations management.

Our Daily Operations:

• Morning Prep: Our day starts with loading up all necessary tools and materials, ensuring each team is ready to hit the ground running.
• Material Delivery: We take charge of delivering materials to job sites as required, ensuring our teams have what they need, when they need it.
• Scheduling Excellence: Our projects are scheduled with precision, balancing efficiency with the flexibility needed to meet our high standards.
• Material Management: We meticulously check that all materials for the job are on hand well before work begins, avoiding any delays.
• Customer Engagement: We value open lines of communication, making sure to touch base with our customers at the start, middle, and end of each project.
• Quality Assurance: Regular site visits are part of our routine, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards.
• Satisfaction and Review: Upon project completion, we collect the balance and encourage customer feedback through a satisfaction survey, photos for our portfolio, and online reviews.
• Installer Feedback: We ask our customers to rate our installers and mention them in their reviews, fostering a culture of recognition and continuous improvement.
• Follow-Up: Two months post-project, we check in with our customers to confirm ongoing satisfaction, demonstrating our commitment to lasting quality and service.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse client base effectively.
• Forklift Operation: Capable of operating a forklift or open to learning. We value safety and efficiency in all our operations.
• Trailer Driving: Experience with driving a trailer is essential for transporting materials safely to our job sites.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily operations, ensuring the smooth handling of materials.
• Construction Experience: Some background in construction or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding our projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve issues as they arise, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effective teamwork and customer interactions.
