A renowned hospital in Western New Hampshire is searching for Licensed Practical Nurses to join its Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. In this role, you will assist in planning, providing, and evaluating patient care. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families, work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions. Responsibilities:

• Providing quality nursing care in a 24-bed specialty unit providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients who are primarily in need of physical restoration following a disease or disabling condition.
• Taking vital signs, performing routine office procedures, and testing.
• Participating in patient education.
• Communicating effectively with others and participating in decision-making.
• Responsible for patient flow and operational duties, including clinical and administrative.
• Maintaining a safe patient care environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current NH LPN License.

Schedule:

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities
• Multiple shifts available; days, evenings, nights
