Are you looking for a flexible schedule and want to help patients in your community? A renowned home infusion company is searching for Registered Nurses for its New Hampshire territories. In this role, you will perform skilled infusion services and clinical tasks, including assessments, obtaining IV access, infusions, education, and coordination of care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer infusions as directed by MD.
• Order and track patient supplies.
• Compose and submit progress visit notes.
• Liaise between patients, physicians, and pharmacies as needed.
• Remain compliant and follow strict guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.

Additional info:

• Permanent position
• Multiple openings; 24-40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, days
• Pay: $45-50/hr., depending on experience, mileage reimbursement!
