Brentwood Services Administrators, Inc is Hiring a Customer Service Representative- Florence, AL Near Florence, AL

Growing Third Party Administrator (TPA) in the Florence, AL area is seeking Customer Service Representatives to handle incoming customer calls for our growing team in our Underwriting Department.

The ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to remain professional and courteous will all customers at all times. Bilingual (Spanish) speaking skills a plus.

Responsibilities and duties (will include but is not limited to) :

The customer service representative will be responsible for helping customers in a efficient and timely manner by:

  • Answering high volume of incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, service questions and general client concerns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller or customer.
  • Process payments to customer accounts

Qualifications

  • High school diploma,GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong communication skills , focused and detail oriented
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Self-motivated, Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaking a plus (not required)
