The Dietary / Food Services Supervisor maintains a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests while providing guidance to associate team members and assisting the Dietary Manager with the administrative functions of the department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Responsible for the supervision of dietary personnel
• Maintains effective communication with key management and physicians
• Involved in planning projected operating and capital expenses; Responsible for maintaining and quality control of all dietary food, supplies and equipment

Qualifications

• Education / Experience : Two years’ experience in a hospital or institutional kitchen
• Hours of Work : Determined by the Dietary Manager according to the needs of the facility / as needed
