• provides patient transportation to and from the facility providing continuous observation, interaction, and role modeling to the patients while maintaining safety at all times.
• Pickup and drop off of patients attending group activities, transporting patients discharging from the hospital, occasional local program activities
• Participation in the therapeutic relationship with patients as required.
• Has a working knowledge of the service area and the most efficient routes needed to provide service.
• Monitors maintenance requirements of vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
