YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
This positionprovides high level support to the sales organization.The position is responsible for reviewing andentering Customer Data for new accounts and additions to existing accounts.
Job Description:

• Process documents for New Customer Applications and New Ship to Locations setup requests in system including required fraud prevention steps.
• Responsible for entering customer data accurately in system.
• Maintain supporting Documents in system and on Sharepoint for New Customer Applications and New Ship to Locations setup requests.
• Responsible for working with the Commercial teams and the customer to safeguard the integrity and accuracy of the customer's data.
• Maintain Customer Data in system and update as needed or requested by the Customer after verifying validity.
• Handle incoming requests from the customers and the sales team in a courteous and professional manner.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationship-s with other departments.
• Enter and maintain Customer Tax Exempt documents.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Position Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Moderate to advanced Excel skills required.
• Proficiency in large data set review.
• Data entry experience preferred with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast pace working environment.
• Experience in SalesForce CRM a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others. Above average verbal and written communication skills required.

YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Distribution or related field is preferred
• 3-5 years related experience in a marketing analyst, business analyst, or sales support position is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Moderate to advanced Excel skills required
• Proficiency in large data set manipulation and analysis
• Experience in SalesForce CRM a plus
• Data analysis experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast pace working environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.Above average verbal and written communication skills required.
