Job Summary:
The Industry Market Manager (IMM) is primarily responsible for driving the financial performance and market growth of assigned ProductCategories within North America. The IMMestablish the overall category strategy and ensure we have the right vendor tosupport our ambitions. The IMM determinesand drives category management by selecting the partners, proposingingredients, optimizing GP growth,sourcing and promoting primary basket products within regions. They are directlyresponsible for Specific Vendors on a National Basis and are guiding theProduct Management team at the local level for regional management. TheIMM manages it business using Brenntag Core Values. The IMM build Trust with Vendors. Safely manages its categories. Is Clear in his communications and Care for his peers, vendors and community.
