Our team in Houston currently has an opening for a Global Process Expert BES “Market to Order” Sales

The Global Business Process Expert (GBPE) provides support in the process landscape definition and harmonization and push into organization. Main focus is on Implementation nd Adoption in BNA of the sales-processes in Salesforce.
The GBPE works toward the development of a global solution for Brenntag but with focus on Implementation and Adoption in Brenntag North America. The individual also builds a strong collaboration with the Regional Functional Process Owners (RFPO’s) and Champions.
The GBPE should be able to make decisions on behalf of businesses representing Brenntag North America BES, and supplier needs.
Effective Brenntag North America BES Process Expert can identify user needs based on business strategy and work with cross-functional teams to manage Commercial Platform product releases.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global Business Process Expert is responsible for ensuring that their dedicated processes and related developed Commercial Platform Products creates value to the organization.

Understand user needs – As the representative of the users, the Global Business Process Expert uses continuous discovery to understand evolving user needs and makes proposals for establishing the best workable solutions. Recommends workaround for issues that have no immediate resolution.

Supports development of blueprints, training materials and best practices, ensuring connection with the company strategy.
Manages the successful implementation of the agreed processes in BNA and monitor process compliance and adoption post roll out , assess change requests, prepare decision making and foster implementation
Provide acceptance and understanding of global harmonized and standardized processes to develop product within BES.
Collects operational feedback and documents procedural problems
Key role in change management, business go-live readiness and adherence of the processes. GBPEs together with BPOs and functional leader are the content owners of the deployment materials (operating procedures & Work Instructions, standard job families, change impact analysis and training materials) as developed with relevant parties (e.g Brenntag Learning & Talent development, End to End Deployment, Change Management) for their process domain.

• GBPE actively shares knowledge and best practices through Communities of Excellence (CoE)

YOUR PROFILE

• Sharp business acumen with a clear understanding of the commercial operations of Brenntag and willingness to learn new technology
• Proactive, entrepeneurial with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
• A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Good knowledge of agile processes and principles is an advantage
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other market leading CRM/SRM technologies
