Client Calls: Make 100 daily outbound calls to gauge client insurance needs and maintain engagement.
Quote Generation: Produce 4-6 accurate daily insurance quotes tailored to client specifications.
System Proficiency: Master and efficiently use Allstate’s internal systems for data management and client tracking.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service by promptly addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Compliance Adherence: Follow all regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong ability to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; quick learner of new software.
Analytical: Ability to analyze client data and generate accurate insurance quotes.
Language:
Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
Licensing:
Insurance License: Must be licensed to sell insurance, or capable of obtaining a license within a set time frame after hire, as per state regulations.
