Job Summary:

We are currently in search of a hospitality-focused, technically skilled IT professional to act as a property leader for all IT systems utilized at the Doubletree Breckenridge. This role will reside on property providing service for technology issues and projects impacting our guests, team members, and operations. Scope of systems ownership will include all hotel technology including, but not limited to, networks, servers, PCs, software, telecommunications, in-room technology, point of sale, A/V systems, and associated support vendors. The position works closely as a peer of operations leadership, enterprise IT, Hilton IT support, and other stakeholders on coordination and execution of technology needs for the Doubletree Breckenridge.

• The budgeted range starts at $60,000 - $70,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Support

• Central point of contact for technology needs for The Doubletree Breckenridge
• Ownership, support, and maintenance planning for all property technology
• Significant amount of vendor management and coordination related to 3rd party supported systems
• Administers and supports property specific business applications and their deployment
• Provides after hours work and on-call support as required
• Adheres to industry PCI/SOX computing standards

Projects

• Manages technology systems lifecycles and initiatives
• Works with closely business leaders and stakeholders in obtaining and documenting business and technical requirements for IT initiatives

Relationships

• Acts as a liaison between local business stakeholders and enterprise IT leaders
• Works with 3rd party vendors to procure needed technology equipment and services
• Consults on conference group AV needs as requested

Job Qualifications:

• Solutions ownership and understanding of hospitality operations
• Ambition for leadership development
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
• Detailed understanding of networking, PC hardware, and software support mechanics
• Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skillset
• Understanding of datacenter support and administration
• Strong understanding of WAN and LAN technologies and topography
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management and requirements gathering
• 4 years of professional IT experience

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
