Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals with a variety of concerns. Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals and families.

- Assist in crisis management situations and provide immediate intervention when necessary

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans

- Implement therapeutic techniques and interventions

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Facilitate family therapy sessions and provide individual counseling as needed

- Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment

- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

Requirements:

- Master's degree in counseling psychology, social work, or equivalent.

- Certification or licensure as required

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards individuals and families
