Breakthrough Developmental Services is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
  • Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ABA research and best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ABA programs

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification in good standing from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy in a clinical setting
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and supervising BIPs
  • Strong clinical and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in progress monitoring and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
