Breakthrough Developmental Services is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
- Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ABA research and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ABA programs
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification in good standing from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy in a clinical setting
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and supervising BIPs
- Strong clinical and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in progress monitoring and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
