Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for UX/UI. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in visual design and UI/UX projects, and be enthusiastic about working alongside other designers. This candidate should have the ability to think beyond the design process and understand how customer experience, business goals, and visual design combine to form a comprehensive brand. In this role, you will be responsible for being the lead designer on significant projects while being supported by the creative manager and overseeing the junior designer to ensure high-quality work throughout the entirety of the project.

As a Senior Designer, you will lead and participate in creating content for various media including print, digital, social, video, presentations, sales and marketing materials, and more. You should be able to manage multiple deadlines and excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You must be a strong critical thinker, have quick problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt to evolving projects. In addition, you will be expected to assist in the completion of UI/UX projects as we aim to deliver the best user experience to real estate professionals who utilize our website.

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualize and prototype compelling designs for diverse projects, prioritizing UX/UI principles.
• Execute visually stunning layouts, typography, and iconography (with an emphasis on user interaction and experience for web-based projects).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate design objectives into innovative creative solutions that align with business goals.
• Be an active participant in the creative process alongside the creative manager from ideation to final asset delivery across web, digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Present designs effectively during review sessions, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance solutions.
• Drive design decisions based on industry insights, performance metrics, and user feedback.
• Work closely with creative manager to shape internal design strategies and maintain brand consistency.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain communication with the creative manager and other relevant team members to ensure the project's success.
• Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to other designers to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Be skilled as a supportive, communicative teammate, at ease giving and taking constructive criticism.

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• 5 years of relevant experience with a combination of visual design and UX.
• A portfolio showcasing a foundation in storytelling, illustration, typography, visual, UI design, and motion.
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD and Figma.
• A deep understanding of layout, color theory, composition, typography, graphic design, responsiveness, and form optimizations for both web and mobile.
• Excitement for being creative, designing, and the arts, and applying it to the real estate technology industry.
• Experience with HTML and coding is a plus.
• Minimal copywriting skills are a plus.
