Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Refill water glasses and provide additional condiments as needed
- Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
